Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed between the 14th of October 2024 and 23rd of December can be exchanged or returned up until the 24th of January 2025.
We have posted all your orders and they are in the post to you! You'll receive updates from Royal Mail about your delivery via email or text:) Our office is now closed until Monday 30th December whilst we have a little break over Christmas. If you have any problems, please drop us a line at orders@palenque.co.uk and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

We aim to process returns within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your card.
Goods dispatched by Palenque that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost, with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages immediately upon receipt of your order or within three days.
