All methods of postage are via Royal Mail tracked/sign-for services.
We ship Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri and aim to dispatch orders on the same working day or the next working day (for orders placed after 1 pm or at weekends- we're not currently posting on a Wednesday)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Upon delivery to your shipping address, international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes.

You can now collect orders from your local York & Edinburgh shops using our Pick-up service. When you get to the delivery method simply choose Pick-up instead of Ship and you'll be able to collect your order for free. We'll email you when your order is ready :) We will choose the pick-up location from your address details or get in touch via orders@palenque.co.uk Please note that we can only show our York location currently, so if you would like to collect from our Edinburgh Rose Street location please get in touch to confirm.
Returns
If you are thinking of returning anything to us, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@palenque.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Palenque Jewellery is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase (14 Days for sale items)(UK) and 40 days (overseas).
If the gift is not right, or you require a different size, please get in touch with us at orders@palenque.co.uk and we can help you from there.
All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so that we have the necessary information to process your return/exchange swiftly.
We advise that all returns are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns which go missing during transit.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your card.
Goods dispatched by Palenque that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost, with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages immediately upon receipt of your order or within three days.
